Body Gospel Workout

Hi!

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Joshua Mathiason, and I’m a workout coach and personal fitness trainer. My specialty is fitting people with the right workout. You may not realize it but there are literally hundreds of workout programs now available. And there are a lot of factors that go into matching a person up with the right program. Many times it’s ideal for people to buy a DVD and do their workouts at home, and I have reviewed over two hundred different DVD workout programs so I can effectively help people find the right fit.

There’s a new kid on the block, called the Body Gospel Workout and I noticed that the introductory video got almost 50,000 views in just a few weeks. This one looks like it’s really going to take off. It’s produced by the same company that brought us the Insanity Beach Body workout with Shaun T. If you’re not familiar with that one, it was quite innovative too and that’s one I still use in my personal workout. In fact I’m getting up tomorrow morning to do another week of it. I just say that to emphasize the fact that I really like the products this company puts out.

But the Body Gospel workout is innovative in ways that are quite unique. I can confidently say that it’s not like any other workout program that you’ve ever tried. It’s difficult to describe why that is. I used it for two weeks to get a good feel of what it was all about, and the experience of doing the Body Gospel workout was quite a bit different than I expected from just reading about it and perusing the descriptions of what it was made up of and how it worked.

You probably surmised from the title, that this is a workout specifically designed for Christians. And it’s the total experience of doing the program that contains the power that makes it so different. In addition to a carefully constructed workout routine, it includes a nutrition guide, scripture readings, pre-exercise prayers and uplifting and inspiring gospel music. Like I said before, the totality of it is much more than the combination of all the parts.

As I’m sure you noticed by now my review of the Body Gospel Workout is a favorable one and I hasten to tell you that I’m not alone in that. Not by a long shot. The individuals who have purchased this program and used it are raving about it and describing life-changing results that you really wouldn’t expect from something so simple as a workout program.

So who is this workout program for? I would match a very specific type of client to this workout. First of all it would be a person who prefers to workout at home rather than going to the gym. It would also be someone who isn’t looking for an all-in-one workout machine or a home gym style of workout. Lastly, it would be a person who would be excited about approaching the process of getting in shape as an extension and fulfillment of their faith in Jesus Christ.

If you fit all those prerequisites, then I would highly recommend this workout to you.

Here's a video you can watch.

I hope this helps you in making a decision about whether or not the Body Gospel Workout is right for you.
